Private Villa is a private residence located in Singapore. Stonelink supplied natural stone solutions for this private residence, supporting the project’s architectural intent with consistent material quality and reliable factory-direct export delivery.
Application & Scope
Our stone was applied across flooring, wall cladding, bathrooms, staircases and bespoke interior surfaces. The specification centred on Palissandro White, selected for its distinctive veining and finish consistency across the supplied batches. The material was specified for its veining character and timeless appeal in private living spaces, matched to the project’s tolerance, colour-continuity and lead-time requirements.
Material & Craftsmanship
Drawing on our 60,000 m² stone inventory and 2,000+ available designs, Stonelink handled slab selection, cut-to-size fabrication, surface finishing, piece-by-piece QC and reinforced export packing. Batches were inspected and photographed before shipment to protect visual continuity.
