Blue Roma Quarzite is the most wearable of the blue quartzites – a soft white to pale grey ground threaded with blue-grey and slate veining that reads as sophisticated rather than theatrical.
Blue Without the Drama
Bold blue stone photographs beautifully and terrifies clients. Blue Roma has found a strong position between the two: enough blue to satisfy the demand for colour, restrained enough to specify across a whole kitchen rather than one wall. It pairs particularly well with the warm brass and pale oak palettes dominating 2026 kitchen design.
Appearance & Finish Options
A soft white to light grey ground carrying blue-grey, slate and occasional charcoal veins in a medium-scale linear pattern. Colour saturation is moderate – clearly blue in daylight, closer to cool grey under warm artificial light. Polished lifts the blue; honed pulls it toward grey.
Best Applications
- Kitchen countertops, islands and waterfall ends
- Bathroom vanity tops and bath surrounds
- Splashbacks and low-height feature panels
- Bar tops and hospitality counters
Slab Sizes, Finishes & Fabrication
Produced in 20 mm and 30 mm slabs. Polished, honed or leathered. Slab sizes suit full-length island tops without seams in most standard kitchen layouts. Sealing recommended; standard quartzite fabrication tooling required.
